Satisfaction Guarantee
We do not sell items that we cannot stand behind firmly.
All items are covered by a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your items, let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All returns must be in saleable condition and require prior authorization.
Warranties
All HerpMist.com manufactured items (nozzles, etc) are warrantied for a period of one year. As with any similar system, you are responsible for periodically checking the integrity of your connections and system components.
Products manufactured by other companies are covered under their manufacturer's warranty periods. For example, the misting pumps have a two year warranty. The ART-DNe timer has a three year warranty.
Refunds
All returns require prior authorization and a valid RMA number on the outside of the box. Any custom work (cages, etc.) or special order parts may require a deposit. Once material has been purchased or cut, this deposit is non-refundable.
