Custom HerpMist.com Misting System installed at Tiki Tiki Reptiles

Las Vegas chameleon breeder Chad New wanted a custom misting system to make his chameleon husbandry easier. One challange was designing a system around the wheeled racks that he uses to easily take the chams outside for some natural UV-B. This was accomplished by using integrated check valves place appropriately to prevent water loss when each rack is disconnected. There is no need to use a manifold in this situation.

The system consists of one HerpMist.com Standard Pump driving nine misting heads mounted via Screen Cage Adapters. They are all fed in series, with the pygmy chameleon tank in the middle.
