We try to ship every order as if we were the customer. Each order will be packed well and shipped as quickly as possible. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you ASAP.

Returns

We are proud to offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products. We know you will be, but if you're not happy with something, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number on the package or they will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless it is due to an error on our part and prior arrangements have been made. Returns must be in good condition or a restocking fee may be assessed.

Warranty

All HerpMist.com assembled products have a one year warranty. Parts manufactured by other companies carry their respective warranties. As with all such systems, you should check the connections every month to ensure that nothing has worked loose.
